Design Notes

Our "wild-type" thermosensor (BBa-19889) Shine-Delagarno has been optimized for expression in E. coli. Otherwise, the "wild-type" sequence is identical to the thermosensor sequence from Listeria monocytogenes. Sequencing of this construct is underway.
